Mo Bourbon Honey Pecan Pie

Two beautiful pecan pies

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon Eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1 1/3 Brown Sugar
  • 8 Butter (melted)
  • 1 Vanilla
  • 4 Bourbon
  • 3 1/2 Pecans (pieces)
  • 2 Pie Shells (deep dish, unbaked)
  • For: 2 pieces
  • Preparation: 15 min
  • Cooking: 50 min
  • Ready in: 1 h 5 min

Instructions

  1. Take pie shells out and preheat the oven. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except pecans, until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
